Return Policy

 

Shopgust offer hassle free return policy only on damage, defective or different product received with-in 24 hours of delivery date with video or images evidence of the same that is still in brand new condition with the original packaging and with all items delivered with the product.

 

Return/Replacement Procedure

  • Please notify Shopgust within the given timeline. For a speedy return/replacement process kindly go through ‘Contact Us’ or ‘Returns’ If you are unable to get in touch with Shopgust, then we shall not be liable for the failure to replace the order.
  • If our Customer Support Team determines that your problem qualifies under warranty coverage, shopgust will arrange the reverse pick up for the product that is under Return Policy Timeline. Do note that an amount of Rs. 150 will be charged from you in case of reverse pick up.
  • You can also self-ship product where reverse pick up may not be applicable. Dispatch the product within 48 hours after return request is appoved. An amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed towards the self-shipment cost from your end in the form of a coupon code or store credits.
  • For products returned except for damage, different & defective conditions a 15% product restocking charges and Rs.150 shipping charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • For all self-shipped returns, please ensure products are to be packed in the original packing properly and a reliable courier service is used.

 

Return/Refund

  • Products received with physical damage must be reported to Shopgust within 24 hours of the delivery date.
  • We will not be able to accept any returns after 24 Hours from the date of delivery in case of damage or defective product received.
  • All the products delivered in our "package" must be returned. Anything missing from the "package" will not be accepted.
  • Products damaged due to the use of an inappropriate power supply or products that were damaged due to voltage stability issues will not be accepted as returns. Across India, and even in the four core metro areas, a high-quality voltage stabiliser and spike protector are necessary to protect electronic gear.
  • Refund will not be offered under these conditions:
    • Received incomplete order
    • Product is damaged by you
    • Wrong Order placed by you
    • Did not like the product
    • Product should not be used.

 Cancelations

  • To cancel your order, send us an e-mail on support@shopgust.com or call us on this number 7840018018 within 6-8 hours working hours.
  • We will be able to cancel your order only if the shipment has not been dispatched from our end.
  • No cancellations are entertained for those products that purchased on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, and Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

 

 Business/Bulk Order

  • Shopgust reserves the right to limit quantities of products to provide a wide selection at great prices
  • You will be notified of change in product price prior to processing
  • You have to make 50% payment in advance
  • For bulk order, minimum quantity is 20
  • In case of any issue with the product after delivery, Shopgust has to be notified within 24 hours of the delivery. If you are unable to do so, Shopgust shall not be liable for the failure to replace the order

 

Important Notes:

  • Returns without prior communication with us will not be accepted.
  • To request further instructions on how to return your order, please email us at support@shopgust.com.
  • There might be a lead time required to set up the transaction with your bank.
  • Return packages remains your responsibility until it is received by our team.
  • Replacement order will be initiated only after the quality check of the returned product
  • Orders paid online using Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking will be refunded only to your bank account within 7-21 working days from approval of refund request.
  • For Cash on Delivery payments, payment will be transferred to your bank account. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide bank details once the product is returned or return pick up is done. The Customer has to provide the bank details within 1 month from the date of return or else Shopgust will not be responsible to refund the money.

Disclaimer:

If You have reason to believe that Your Account is no longer secure (e.g., in the event of a loss, theft or unauthorized disclosure or use of Your account ID, PIN, Password, or any credit, debit card number or netbanking login/password, if applicable), then You agree to immediately notify Shopgust and indemnify Shopgust from any liabilities that may arise from the misuse of Your Account. Under no circumstances does Shopgust ask for your confidential information

  1. a) We will never call you to ask your credit card number, CVV number, OTP, etc. 
    b) We will never ask you your ATM Pin or your online password
    c) We will never share your details with anyone without your prior consent
